Hey Mark,Nice post some good little gems for triaffc generation there. I personally outsoure alot of my triaffc generation something I recommend everyone does who is serious about making money online. You can find my latest outsourcing product on my for free!ThanksRay Johnson
Nice, wish there is an app whitelist that allows the screen to auto-rotate for those apps only like calculators, canvas, etc… The whitelist can be toggled on or off.
I have a B80 TF101 and a B70 MobileDock, 32G/32G/32G internal/micro/sd installed. I’m running stock, not rooted, and did install .24 with a cold boot after install completion. I have never done a factory reset. I do run with the MobileDock attached nearly all the time, and I also regularly use a USB mouse.
.24 seems more stable than any previous ICS update for me. I’m currently at 104 hours of uptime with no RRs, SODs or screen tearing. I did have these problems before .24. I haven’t found any problems with the stock apps I use regularly or with the ~116 applications I’ve installed.
But since ICS was released, the keyboard unlock feature doesn’t seem to work. I’ve read a few other similar reports…
Is there something I’m missing with this? Is there a special key sequence to unlock the device from the keyboard under ICS, or is that feature in fact broken for now?
The TF101 does wake up when opening the MobileDock, and it does wake up when using the touch pad (which I usually disable), but keystrokes don’t wake up the device anymore (or at least none of the keystrokes I’ve tried yet).
(I do have the ASUS customized setting => Battery Saving => MobileDock Battery saving mode disabled (unchecked), and the Disconnect network during sleep also disabled (unchecked). I regularly turn off the network manually when I’m not using it.)
Any info you can provide about the keyboard unlock feature will be greatly appreciated.
I would recommend gitteng a dual camo net. Since your in Oregon you would need a winter/forest camo net. Some times you can only find one. What a good friend of mine did in Montana is he got the new digital snow camo color then he added the new forest camo pattern to the other side. He used paracord around the outside edges to attach the 2 nets together so depending on his camp area he will use either side to hide his tent from a good distance.StaySafeKosukifire
After the ICS update and the supplemental OTA updates, I was plagued with random reboots and system freezes.
So far, it’s been 5 days since this update and I have not experienced a single reboot or freeze.
Fingers crossed that ASUS finally got it right!
George
It is on these updates will stop the random reboot?
Hey Mark,Thanks for sharing.I acaullty thought about this before but I never got around to acaullty doing it. But now that I have acquired more knowledge in my area of expertise, I most certainly will be doing this too.Paul
T mobile is rite on the 200 milolin but my dad has a my touch 4g and there’s like 9 drop spots for your connection on to service and I’m impressed with the speed but it’s only on richer sides of the state for us we live in Hawaii Oahu so the richer sides are Town and west side and its annoying to not hav connection at ur own home with only 2 bars
Face unlock for the TF101 and the TF201, which had ICS first didn’t get it? WTF?
When in Europe please ?
So the face unlock is neat but I was able to unlock it with my a picture off of my phone………its not very secure.
if there’s a update for the TF101 is there a update for the tf 201 to cause ben waiting for asus to come out with something that wood fix the problem that keeps the tf201 from getting Face UnLock
My camera still doesn’t work after and before update
Mine flickered when switched from front to back on first use closed it worked fine since then? Have done a few cold boots too so that may help otherwise youtube acted odd too then resolved so Hope your problem is only temporary. Knock on wood update has been working for me so far…
