First released in October 2011, the 13.3″ Zenbook UX31 was shown off this month in the ASUS showcase at CES 2012 in two hot new colors that are sure to make a big impact.
As if its super-slim 17mm profile wasn’t already stunning enough the Zenbook UX31 will soon be available in both Rose Gold and an even bolder Hot Pink (Hot Pink not confirmed for North America).

The new Zenbook designs feature the same 2nd generation Intel Core i5 performance and sleek radial aluminum design that made the original the benchmark for the Ultrabook segment. Along with options to boost performance with an Intel Core i7 processor and choices of 128GB or 256GB solid state drives you can be assured that the Zenbook packs performance that more than backs up its looks.
The revised design continues inside with a Hot Pink bezel complimenting black aluminum
The new look and feel continues inside with the Hot Pink version receiving a matte charcoal finish to both the palm rest area and underpanel along with a new Hot Pink bezel and key lettering.
The Rose Gold version on the other hand receives a slightly more subtle treatment with the only difference from the original all-aluminum design being a Rose Gold hue keyboard surround and its new Rose Gold lid.

No exact date has been set on when these two new colors will be available on the market but we think they may just be the perfect way to urge on the coming of Spring.
